Wait!! Don’t buy that camera until you see this. As a newbie blogger, I am always seeing great things I would like to take a picture of and post online. Shrinkage, tangles and fairy knots suck.

Part of my/our challenge in this eating better game is to make sure that there is some form of greenery in at least one of our daily meals, whether it is a green apple or two, romaine lettuce instead of iceburg, spinach or greens.
