Get out of my mouth
Get out my mouth!!! That is right, I said it and it is what I should have said back in September of last year. Someone should have warned me. At some point in everyone’s life there has been a time where you were afraid of something: clowns, dentist, water, etc. This is a short tale, hopefully of a fear I did not have but after yesterday’s experience, I now more than ever understand the ones who have a fear of going to the dentist. I arose this yesterday morning deciding to myself this would be the 1st day of my attempt to Check My Attitude. I have attitude problems at…

Tasty Tomato Soup with Carrots
I do not know about where you are in the world, but here in Georgia we are dealing with 44 degrees and lower right now which is the perfect time for one of my comfort foods, soup. When I was much younger, I would love the soups my parents made which had all types of vegetables and meat. It was loaded with tomatoes, but the only challenge with their soup even though it most certainly warmed me up, it was not rich in nutrients by the time it finished cooking. So in an effort to obtain the nutritients, I decided to try making a soup in my blender, Blendtec and made…

I cannot believe it. It has almost been an entire year that I have been officially blogging. I started in 2014 Novemberish with a non paid blog site and an online blog class that almost scared me. I did keep it up and by January 2015 I was paying a hosting company to host the name, God4bandme and I have not turned back since. More power to all of you who have been going strong and to all of you newbies, keep up the good work, you can do it. In the spirit of resolutions, I have decided to list 3 Takeaways I’ve Learned in 2015 about blogging in particular,…

VidAngel, what the bleep?
Bleep, bleep, bleepity bleep bleep. That is some bad potty mouth right there huh? What was that I just saw on that screen? I can hear one of many adults say, “Cover your eyes!” I do want to start out saying that I have seen, heard and done it all just about, so no condemnation. To each their own, whatever makes you comfortable that is what you should do. Being an adult now, I believe my parents did a great job of shielding me from all of the x-rated and r-rated stuff on television and the radio. The 1st r-rated movie I was exposed to was one made by the…

Death over Funnel Cake
I do not know about you, but I have been to many amusement parks in my younger days and I remember times where I would go the the local amusement park during the summer with my mom and brother and go around the park a few times, ride a few rides and then before we left we had to stop and get some food. Not just a hot dog or hamburger, but funnel cakes and elephant ears. As I have gotten older, I do not have much of a desire to ride rides, but being here in Georgia I have found that there are plenty of fun things to do…

Freebies and Samples December 2015
Merry Christmas December is the month that I look forward to maybe the most out of the year after May. December is the time to reflect on all of the things that happened (good and bad) and the time to look forward to and plan for a great future. There are a few things that I certainly regret that I did not do enough of and that is to give love to others, so I am looking forward to next year to be able to surpass the amount of love shown to others this year next year. Another regret is that I did not apply myself enough in obtaining freebies…

3 Top Christmas Songs
This post contains affiliate links After a couple of days of driving here and there to find the perfect gift for the people we hopefully like, but gotta love, I am drained. I do not even bother to go to the malls. I stick to the strip malls, but they are, like many malls, filled with rude and down right impolite people. The moment I get to my car and turn on my radio, I hear Christmas music and it helps me get past all the filth that I was just slimed with. Christmas time is here… is a line from one of the most famous Christmas songs out there,…

She is hot. She is red hot. She gets your soul red hot. She is beautiful. She gets me excited just thinking about her. She aims to please and I am to please her. She is slim, strong and shapely. Every time she strolls by she can’t help but stop people in their tracks. She always gets attention. Who is she?

Leftover Ham Recipe
I do not know about you, but I just absolutely freak out with what I am going to serve for the holiday dinner. You may have new people coming to the house and you want to make a great 1st impression and as you know it things just do not work out the way you plan it. Well I tried to plan it where there was not leftovers, but just like countless of other families after celebrating a major holiday there are always leftovers and you do not want to put them to waste. That was the case for us after having family and friends over for Thanksgiving, we arrived…
