My Pinewood Kitchen, gut happy recipes

Some of us know all too well about food sensitivities and how challenging it is to find food that one can not only eat, but that tastes good too. Who wants bland, horrible tasting food just because they cannot stomach gluten? Who wants a plain old can of beans if they are vegan, when they can prepare some easy and delicious meals like blackeyed pea croquettes (see picture above)?

Delish right?!!! That is not eat either. My Pinewood Kitchen, created by Mee McCormick who suffered with auto-immune diseases, that were able to heal herself by changing what she ate. I can relate to what she has gone through, coming from being a person who has suffered various physical challenges and going through infertility challenges, decided to change my eating habits and go vegetarian to help heal my body.
