The Lumistella Company Gives Back

With school being out, there are some kids unfortunately that do not have three meals a day. Some of us can go to the kitchen and get what we want to eat. Given that, The Lumistella Company gives back. The Lumistella Company and Must Ministries came up with a wonderful idea. Last weekend, The Lumistella Company employees helped to pack over 200 kid kits that included 5 breakfast and 5 lunches to be delivered weekly to be delivered to members of the community who are struggling with food, clothing, housing, and more.

This is a topic very close to my heart. I have seen some of the lines filled with families waiting in line to collect food at various food pantries that I have visited. Not only, have I seen the lines, but have been one of those people receiving food. Nothing compares to what parents trying to feed their children must feel, so I can appreciate this type of charity work.

MUST Ministries, in partnership with volunteers, including The Lumistella Company have served over 40,000 people and 4,500+ of people served in Housing programs. This has got to be a relief to their minds and ease their hearts. They can now look their children in the face and know that their children are eating regular meals.

Lots of happy families and happy tummies. This truly makes me smile and I am sure the smiles on the faces of the families was priceless.
