You too can lose weight with a Colon & Body Cleanse Detox

During this holiday season it is hard to eat all of the increased fatty foods and still lose weight. There is just so much temptation out there, but if you are going to eat the fattening goodies make sure to counter it someway or another. Some people, like myself, add 5 pounds from the week before Thanksgiving and by the New Year, which is why so many are interested in a New Years Resolutions. There are increased parties given by all sorts of people in your circle, from work, to church and don’t forget the family.  So what are you going to do? I tell you what, even without dealing with the temptation of this time of year, I am sure that my body does not digest or rid itself of everything I eat because I do not eat the proper foods all of the time.

I have heard of colon cleanses and because of all of the horror stories that I have heard, I did not want to try one, but at the same time want my entire body to be clean (inside out) and this year has been the year of trying new things and stepping out and just taking a chance, so with that I decided to go ahead and try a Colon & Body Cleanse Detox.

The directions specify that you can take 1 to 2 capsules each day, but not to go over 3 a day. It is advised that with any supplements, that you should consult your physician first, but because I did not do that first, I will only take 1 capsule a day. There hasn’t been any side effects yet other than more visits to the restroom which from my understanding is supposed to occur sometime after each meal. With the use of this supplement, making fewer fattening food choices and regular exercise you will lose weight. There is no guarantee how much you will lose, but just eating less fat and exercising will help lose weight alone.
