Breakfast lover here, calling out to all the other breakfast lovers out there sharing that you do not have to do it!! Put that fork down and put up that cup!! 3 Minute Fat Burning Morning Ritual Drink to rescue!! That intermittent fasting thing is REAL!! Always Eat After 7 PM will certainly change your life.

Breakfast Myth

I honestly for years have been told not to skip breakfast, but the past year or so I have had good friends tell me that they engage in intermittent fasting and how they actually do not miss breakfast. To which I would think and sometimes say, how? How is that possible to go through life and not miss breakfast? Well I was wrong. You can go through your life without having breakfast.

Excerpt from Always Eat After 7 PM, supporting not having breakfast: “The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning. By following the Always Eat After 7PM program, you have the most willpower to stay on the diet because you are eating during the hours when you are most hungry. This also puts you into both intermittent fasting increasing testosterone and your metabolism, while putting you into ketosis.

Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night. We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal.”

Meal Plans including Carbs

Other surprising things that I am loving about this book is the easy-to-follow meal planning and food lists. That was always another challenging piece for me when it came to losing weight and following diets. The meal plans did not have detail and the food lists certainly did not include many carbs. This Always Eat After 7 PM diet allows for carbs which are things that I crave a lot. How about you?

Oooooh and you know that favorite recipe of some of us adults and the kiddos that is full of cheese, rice and meat? Well guess what is in Always Eat After 7 PM?

This diet sounds really interesting, but honestly, I don’t know if I could skip breakfast, it’s my favourite meal of the day!

My sister has never been a breakfast sort of person but I on the otherhand swear by it, so reading your post now makes me think she was right all along.

My sister in law spoke to me about this recently. She said carbs are necessary for energy. If you cut them out completely, as soon as you add them back into your diet, you will just gain all the weight back.

What an interesting theory about skipping breakfast and also do some fasting, I suppose it is all about balance everyone is different so each to their own for sure x

I’ve heard so much about this book recently and it has definitely caught my interest. It really flips everything we’ve ever known about dieting. The skillet dish looks so good btw!

I am loving the sound of this diet for sure and would love to ry it for myself as it seems very different from any diet I have heard of before. This may be the ticket for me so thank you for sharing and heading over to check the book out for myself 🙂

YES! intermittent fasting is something the majority of my family practices… I have seen the results and it’s pretty impressive I must say!
The funny thing is that many years ago I studied Fitness and Nutrition and my professors always talked about how important breakfast was… goes to show things/research changes all of the time that’s why it’s so important for certain careers to have ongoing education ; )
