Howdy again people. Week 2 of my new and exciting adventure to lose weight, see more here, and obtaining more energy diet plan. Now I do not know about you, but I have been told for years that breakfast is the most important meal of the day well that may not be the case. Bestselling author, Joel Marion, is a fitness expert and nutritionist debunking the myths underlying traditional dieting and offers a simple, highly effective weight loss program.

Now this not eating breakfast thing, will honestly be a challenge, but it seems that Joel Marion’s Always Eat After 7 PM program makes dieting easy and eliminates 90% of reasons for resistance.

Check out what else I have learned about how to lose weight and still eat carbs:

“Those who ate breakfast ended up eating about 260 calories more a day, the review found. Those who skipped breakfast were about one pound lighter than those who ate breakfast. These findings led the researchers to conclude that eating breakfast isn’t necessarily a good strategy for losing weight. The science isn’t really there. Breakfast could very well be the least important meal of the day.”

An added benefit, given to me as being part of this program is to help you as well get to know Joel Marion a little bit more, with a mini question and answer session:
Q1: Joel, what was the most surprising discovery when you were researching scientific data for the diet?
That almost everything my college education and certifications taught me was NOT grounded in published scientific research.

Q2: You’re a six-time best selling author, what is different about this book compared to your others?
Although many of the concepts are similar, the biggest difference is that you don’t have to deprive yourself of your favorite foods. You don’t have to deal with the burden of eating every few hours. And you don’t have to skip the carbs at dinnertime or avoid eating before bed.

Q3: How difficult is the Always Eat After 7 PM plan to follow?
It’s not. And that’s exactly why I wrote the book. While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7pm works because it caters to our bodies natural instincts.

More and more this book excites me and it will excite you as well. “Learn more about the book and how to purchase here.”

This is great news for me, as we always eat after 7pm! I’ll be taking a closer look at this one.

This is a interesting interview. I’ve seen a lot of blog post talking about this book and is very interesting to see that we can eat after 7 p.m. and still lose weight.

I love the concept behind this plan, especially being someone who prefers eating later in the day! I appreciate what he had to say about looking at updated research because obviously what many of us have been told in the past didnt work.

It is so lovely to hear that Joel’s research has established some startling discoveries about eating. While this is not suitable for my lifestyle it would be great for many people who truly enjoy late-night dinners.

This book is amazing and much inspiring..health comes first and we should all know about every thing which keeps us healthy..Thanks for the review…and this book is very helpful…

It is said that having a late-night meal keeps the body on ‘high alert’ at a time where it should be winding down, which can have dangerous implications for our health.

Hmmm…this is an unusual diet. Normally you are told to eat before 7pm and nothing afterwards. I hope it works for you. With this lockdown, many people will need to use this diet sooner or later.

I’m on this one as well!!! I’ve found skipping breakfast to be a real challenge for me, I’ve always needed breakfast within 30 minutes of waking. When pregnant and then nursing twins, I actually had TWO breakfasts LOL (around 7am and 10am)!! So, this was a hard habit to break but I’m giving it my all!! How’s it going for you so far?

I have heard a lot about this book. I always have dinner at 8 pm. However, I believe that if you want to lose weight you should eat healthy as well as exercise.

The only time I eat passed at 7 pm is when I had a 3 pm snack, and got an awesome dinner date by 8 pm. I have slow metabolism now that I hit 30 so I don’t eat much for dinner.
