Happy Day All. Well hopefully you are creating your on form of happy. Even if it is just smiling because you saw that red bird up close and personal today, your child took it’s first stroll by themselves and you were there to see it, or maybe like a lot of us finding some time to do some self-care. You know that thing where we actually take time to do something for ourselves. Some of us find it hard to do (yours truly), but it is necessary. It gives you a chance to breathe for a moment and focus on something lite and not so serious. For some it allows us to pull away from being with the family 24/7 to which due to covid, most of us had to do some for or another, even if it is just for that hour.

I have been helping take care for a loved one (separated from my hubster) and Lord knows with this police violence going on and being an African-American myself, and seeing that there is very little justice in the world for people of color. Pulling away for an hour became imperative. We all should have that kind of separation and then get right back in the fight because quite frankly, there are just some things or fights if you will, that won’t be done or won unless you are in it.
