3 Top Christmas Songs
This post contains affiliate links After a couple of days of driving here and there to find the perfect gift for the people we hopefully like, but gotta love, I am drained. I do not even bother to go to the malls. I stick to the strip malls, but they are, like many malls, filled with rude and down right impolite people. The moment I get to my car and turn on my radio, I hear Christmas music and it helps me get past all the filth that I was just slimed with. Christmas time is here… is a line from one of the most famous Christmas songs out there,…

Did you pay for that! An Ethical Dilemma
Gobble, gobble time and more than half of the world are out and about picking up their last minute ingredients for that famous sweet potato pie of theirs. I was no different. I was out and about fighting traffic (which is already trying in Atlanta) and playing dodge the pedestrian that blindly runs out in front of your car trying not to be the person that just missed the last dinner rolls that were on sale. After finally parking at the 1st store which turned into 3 stores by the time I was finished, to which I found lots of fresh vegetables which are going to be used in some…

Lesson on being a Good Receiver
I do not know about you, but I tend to be a little hardheaded. Somethings I just manage to learn the hard way and others I thank God learn much easier and faster, but being a good receiver is not it. I am going to assume as far back as I can remember that I have always had a problem receiving compliments because I never really thought much of myself until recent years. Learning to believe that I am valuable not because of what men/man says about me, but because of what Father God says about me is a continuous lesson.

IGO Life-Chain: Nationwide Pro-life Event
I have been challenged to write this piece and it has been almost as if because of the message that the enemy of my soul wouldรย preferred that I not write it, but thank God He is working in me and I feel released to write it. Pro-life and Pro-choice issues have been in the media pretty strong from organizations who support choice and from those who support life. Honestly, in my past, I have been on the side of choice, but thank God He has changed my heart about this issue. It is an issue that is very close to the heart of God and in my past when…

Fight On Soldier
Isnรขโฌโขt that just how the devil works, we hear a powerful word of Revelation from the Man of God (Pastor) and not even 24 hours later the fight starts. Pastor mentioned how the devil will try to attack you in the area of which you say to yourself, รขโฌลI have conquered that!รขโฌย Literally less than 24 hours later, after getting my hubby off to work I decided to take a nap before really starting my day and then the thoughts came to mind, รขโฌลYou can do this which was something I would have done prior to being saved.รขโฌย I was about to do it too, but then I looked over…

Step Out!!!
What are your next steps? What new and exciting things are you about to embark on? Letรขโฌโขs take them together. Scary. I mean scary. There are always some type of questions that you ask on the inside, when deciding to do something new. Should I do this? Will people judge me? Will this be the 1st and last time I do something like this? I have been aรย people pleaser most of my life and just recently I decided, youรย know what, what I think and feel does matter!!! I cannot worry about how people are going to take what I do or what I donรขโฌโขt do. I am the one that…

Best Gift Ever
The Bestest (Best) Gift Ever So thatรขโฌโขs how it ended, with my father in law taking his last breath and him going home to be with the Father. Several times within the last few weeks, my hubby has been asking me what I wanted for Christmas and honestly to me, not too much more than family members saved, us doing what the Father wants with our lives and maybe just maybe a monthly subscription to the worldรขโฌโขs best cupcakes (Cupcake of the Month Club). Each month, there would be a different kind of cupcake from a different bakery in the area. Yummy yum yum. You know like they have the…
