Solitaire.org is perfect for free online games

We are already into the second month of the year and the stress levels are sometimes unbareable. It is as if we are further in the year around the holidays. There are several ways one can go about reducing the stress in their lives, but usually they have a fee attached until now.

Solitaire was one of the first games that I can remember that my dad taught me how to play. He would show me his top moves and I would set out to mimic them. I was never as good as he was, but I sure tried.

I enjoyed watching him and playing because it is something productive, use your mind, and it allows you to relax while reducing stress. In search of finding another online game or two, I came across solitaire.org.

The site is so easy to use that even my mom that does not like many activities using the computer can use it without issue. They offered solitaire along with many other versions of it that I have never heard of, like golf solitaire. Have you heard of that one? Not only that there are traditional games like black jack, gin rummy, and more.

Favorite solitaire.org games

I decided to try solitaire, which was one of my favorite games. I selected Pyramid Solitaire and Golf Solitaire in honor of my dad since he got me on card games and because he loved golf.

The goal of the pyramid game is to empty the card pyramid by matching two cards with a total of 13 points. The goal of the golf game is the get all of the cards moved to the talon pile (bottom right of the screen).

Both are fan favorites and easy to play, but if you do need directions, they have directions. I really like, that on each game, a guide, history, rules and strategy are included. Now how many times have you seen that?

My all-time favorite game is Sudoku, which I actually taught my dad to play before he passed. I was so proud to be able to teach him something. He was so smart and after a while surpassed me.

The goal of Sudoku is to use numbers between 1 through 9 once within a 3X3 grid.

Rediscovering these games makes me a kid again and it is awesome!! Some of the games range from easy to difficult. I was surprised that I actually got through some of the games without issue 😊

Free entertainment

I have to make sure my mom finds some games that she can play on a regular basis on solitaire.org without being charged a fee or seeing some pop up ads. Totally a safer way to play online and I am relieved and so is she.
