Best Spa Experience visit The Jasmine Spa

Off and on I have been sharing about relieving stress and self-care and how important it is to take care of yourself. It actually can extend one’s life, I am going to load up on the spa treatments this year and beyond. How about you?

I have been recently treated to a wonderful express spa experience at The Jasmine Spa.  This is perfect for a quick pick me up when you do not have 45 minutes or more to spare for a treatment.

After being greeted by Abby, I was asked what type of drink I wanted and I chose a mimosa and chilled out for a second after my ride to Roswell. After savoring my drink, I was offered the area to put my clothes and purse, which is the same room that the facial and massage was completed in.

I received the following:

25 minute sauna time

25 minute express massage

25 minute express facial

Firstly, I spent time in the sauna and can I tell you I wanted to leave out of there before my time was up but I stuck it out. I think it was completed in a perfect order to really appreciate the services. I actually think that I lost a few pounds.

The massage was one that I have never had before. It left me wanting another massage. It included dry brushing, sugar scrub and body oil which was good for pain relief. How did they know I needed that?

Now I usually shy away from getting facials and I am glad that I did not protest. It was a wonderful experience and I did not break out and I was shocked. There was a cleanse, exfoliation and cleaner combination with steam. Finishing with a moisturizer and lip balm.

Abby was fun and informative. You can tell that she loves her career choice. We conversated like we were old friends which made the time go by quickly.  

I left feeling relaxed and wishing I had more time, but I will be back for a longer session. Thank you Jasmine and Abby.
