Slimfast Goodies

It is officially 9 days already from the 3rd month of the New Year and a lot of great things have happened already and I am still believing and Expecting them to come. As part of the New Year’s new beginnings that most of us take part in, I had received from Influenster. This voxbox was from Slimfast and it included several great products that I had a different times within the past few weeks. One of the Slimfast Goodies that was included was an Advanced Nutrition Vanilla Cream Shake that had 20g of high protein and no aftertaste which makes this my #1 protein shake so far. I have never liked the taste of protein shakes, because it has always been an aftertaste. I tried this drink for an early Sunday morning breakfast and I was disappointed that it did not last me 3 hours. It keep me full for 2 good hours, but by the time hour 3 came around I had to eat something. I did not have it cool which I am sure would have made it taste a lot better. The texture was smooth and actually made me want more.

Next there was a great snack that I managed to eat as an in between snack, and it was 100 calorie snack of baked crisps. I love sour cream and onion chips and these are a great replacement for them. They have 2g of protein and 5g of fiber. There was also an advanced nutrition meal replacement bar dark chocolate sea salt flavor and it has 10g of protein and 5g fiber and 18 vitamins and mineral and wait for it….. Gluten Free.

These Slimfast products are great tasting and the replacement shake and bar do manage to help with stopping the need to eat often. It did keep me full for a good couple of hours and that is what it promised. For those of us who are trying to lose weight and eat tasty food then these Slimfast Advanced Nutrition products are the way to go.
