Delicious Gluten Free Desserts from Inspired by happiness #ValentinesDayGiftGuide

Delicious gluten-free desserts are not always easy to find. I am not, at least not yet, completely gluten-free, however there was a time last year that I attempted to go gluten-free as part of a cleanse that I was completing for our Hale Fertility Challenge â‡’ here. It was just a touch of what those who are gluten-free go through and it was not that easy of a road. Currently, I am reducing the amount of sugar in my life which is awesome, but, while doing the gluten-free stint, I noticed that there are not many pre-made gluten-free dessert options, so whenÂ Inspired by HappinessÂ sent me some sample gluten-free desserts I was ecstatic because it gave me some hope.
