Celebrate National Romance Month w/Mediterranean Love Plan
See all of that beautiful water and architecture? One day soon I am praying that I will be able to visit the Mediterranean and see this scene and others like it in person. After a few days of being able to go away with hubby and celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary, we had some time of romance and fun while we were away, but did it add up to some suggestions found below? We have yet to see.
This month is National Romance Month and in honoring all of the romance going on this month, I am doing a review on The Mediterranean Love Plan in hopes that it will add some more romance to you and yours for the rest of the year and beyond.
The Mediterranean Love Plan unveils the “7 Secrets of Passion” from some of the most romantic countries in the world: Italy, France, Spain, Greece and Israel. All of which are places that are on my bucket list and soon to be a reality if we play our cards right.
The 7 Secrets of Passion:
- Enjoying Beauty: Creates a happier state of mind
- Health and Longevity: Physical movement that both can do together (exercise)
- Blending the Sacred and the Sexual: Mystery dates every now and then; reading the Song of Solomon
- Creativity: Incorporate some new and different activities
- Savoring Food: Gourmet style (enjoying every bit)
- Playfulness: Game, Fun, Party (fun to be around)
- Attunement: Find the time to stay in tune with each other
After each secret there are 13 ways to achieve the secret within your relationship. There are some ways that I believe that we can incorporate into our lives and enjoy each other more and in different ways.

Savoring food, this is something we have recently started trying to do more with each other. Now we try and go have dinner at least once a month, with four kids sometimes we tend to forget our relationship.

I didn’t know there was a special day for romance, each day is truly a learning process. I love the favoring food and reading songs of Solomon on the secret passion list, we try to incorporate this in our relationship quite often.
