Solitaire.org is perfect for free online games
We are already into the second month of the year and the stress levels are sometimes unbareable. It is as if we are further in the year around the holidays. There are several ways one can go about reducing the stress in their lives, but usually they have a fee attached until now. Solitaire was one of the first games that I can remember that my dad taught me how to play. He would show me his top moves and I would set out to mimic them. I was never as good as he was, but I sure tried. I enjoyed watching him and playing because it is something productive,…

The Hot Wing King Atlanta
I have received tickets to the performance in exchange my honest and unbiased opinion. #hotwingking #alliancetheatre Made a person want some hot wings. That is what it did 🙂 Seriously one the best plays that I have seen in a while. The Hot Wing King Atlanta made me think, laugh, sing and smile. You could not help but smile when seeing the smiles of the cast when they were trying to compose themselves in the scenes. After seeing the play, you wanted and wished that there was a real festival that you could go to and try those accidentally not what they were supposed to be wings. There was so…

Reec Hope For The Holidays
I am always down for a community event. This past Sunday, I attended Reec’ Hope for the Holiday event. The event was just in time to show love to members of the community that need help. It is rough out here and Reec, from www.majicatl.com, along with his non-profit, Positive American Youth and the Venue helps us all out. The event unfortunately started late, due to the turkeys arriving late. It was cold as heck out there, which was the challenge for me and others out there. I felt for the kids and the older adults out there, but this was the 1st event from my understanding, so I am…

Urban League of Greater Atlanta Celebrates 100+ years of service
I attended the event for free in exchange for my volunteer service. #ulgatl #thingstodoinatlanta The Urban League of Greater Atlanta was founded in 1920 as an affiliate of the National Urban League to support the multitude of African American families migrating from the rural communities of Georgia to the newly industrialized city of Atlanta during segregated times. 102 years later, ULGA, led by CEO Nancy Flake Johnson, strives to continue serving as an advocate for education, civic engagement, economic development, and a voice for the underserved in the Atlanta community. The celebration included a Reception, Program, and Concert featuring Anthony Hamilton. I have never seen him in person and he can really sang!! If you get a chance, please pay…

Metro Atlanta has restaurants opening all over the place, but I bet the food does not taste as good as it does here…. Let me tell you about it. If you are looking for a restaurant that uses farm fresh ingredients and focuses on making items from scratch, well let me introduce you to The Kitchen at Summit Chase. They have just come out recently with…

Atlanta Food & Wine Festival Debuting Sliced
I have received passes for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review of the event. #afwf2022 Is Thursday, September 15th, here yet? That was me days before the event. Needless to say that I was looking forward to it. It was after all, the 1st event of this kind under the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival umbrella. To be able to be part of Atlanta Food & Wine Festival debuting Sliced was truly an honor. For those of you who have never been to the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival, I would say Sliced is probably a 1/4 of the talent you would find at the Tasting Tent…
