How to Upset The World

Now who would purposely set out to Upset The World? Not too many people without knowing what it means or requires. The Upset The World that I am referring to is not necessarily what you think it is.
Usually to upset the world means to do something that is similar to what is going on now. Things like acts of violence towards minorities at the hands of police, downright disrespectful actions to one another and unfair treatments of minorities, etc. There are several things that are covered in that upset the world term, but what I am referring to is something positive. Something that can help you and others around you.
Upset The World Why Don’t You
How do you do that you ask? We have to start with the definition of what an upsetter is? According to Pastor Tim, he defined it perfectly below:
Once a person is upset by the Love of Jesus, they will pass that love on and want to share in turn, upsetting others. They just cannot help it.
This book shares what it is to be upset and how upsetters then act. For example, upsetters love people (Chapter 2, pg. 31). There are 10 chapters in and it comes with an optional study guide that does expand your experience and your understanding.
Chapter 5 (Upsetters Aren’t Religious), and this is my favorite chapter. A lot of people do not want to come to Christ or give the upsetters a chance to share because they look at it as a religion and not as a relationship.
The study guide at the beginning of each chapter has a prayer, scriptures and questions that you can answer and an activation section.

I would really enjoy reading this study. I am a long time civil rights activist and have been told many times by other Christians I shouldnt rock the boat because Jesus was for peace. I am tired of having this argument!

I think Upsetting The World means that you should go against the way things have always been and promote change for the better. To be “upset” id to bring about change through turmoil, much as Tim Ross identifies that Jesus brings about change to the individual, which can be viewed as a format of turmoil/upsetting because that awakening fundamentally changes your perception of everything you thought you knew before.
