The holidays are here and with them comes food, fellowship, and fun. Let’s speak about the food, shall we? Being a relatively new babe in the vegan world, I am looking for healthy food options and I am sure there are others like me. Healthy food options are easier than I thought to come by with Edward & Sons. They have actually been around since 1978.

Let’s Do Organic Cassava Flour

I was a little concerned because I had not tried cassava anything before, but I added it as a thickener to my silk tofu scramble and it worked very well. The taste is not strong, so I did not even notice the difference in my tofu scramble.

Hubby and I are huge snackers around here and we used the crackers as a scoop to pick up our kale and bean mixture. So tasty and oh so crunchy. We really enjoyed them. The crotons provided that perfect crunch and sweet onion taste to our salads. The salads were not the same without them. It is time to restock:)
