I learned that during the Protestant Reformation Martin Luther removed 7 books from the Bible that had been there all along before he broke away from the Catholic church and the Christian church then went on in 30,000 different directions from all the different branches of Christianity.

I have not read the Bible in years. Although I like some of the content like God is love, I find some of the content quite disturbing. But overall a very good book.

The most interesting thing I’ve found recently is that in the beginning when it was just Adam and Eve, they ate fruits and vegetables. No meat. Until Eve ate of the Tree of Life.

I would love something like this to read, because I have tried to read the Bible before and seem to get lost in the terminology and find it hard to follow along at times because there’s just so much information, so I think this would be helpful!

I learned that the full Bible has been translated into 532 languages. It has been partially translated into 2,883 languages.

An interesting fact about the Bible have I recently learned is that the Romans kept some of the books to themselves and are now hidden deep within the Vatican. Thanks for the giveaway!

The most interesting thing I learned was that eating meat is not mentioned in the Bible until Noah. Thank you!

I’m just learning the history of the biblical times which has given me a better understanding of the stories I learned in bible school. It’s a whole new perspective.

I’m in a bible study class and really enjoy it. So I know that the Old testament was before Jesus’s life and the new testament was after.

One thing I learned about the Bible is that it is incomplete and many parts became lost. Parts of them were recovered in the Book of Mormon: Another witness of Jesus Christ. Thanks for the giveaway

I’m trying to read the Bible from start to finish, some parts are difficult to read or understand, kinda like reading Shakespeare.

I learned when satan and his fallen angels were kicked out of heaven they fell down to earth. As soon as this happened, earth was no longer perfect.

I have read the Bible (not all the way through) and have spent numerous nights reading scripture with my kids… yet I fail to fully grasp it and as a result, explain it to my children. This would be an amazing tool.

  • Gail Fernandez

I recently learned that it took over 1500 years to completely write the Bible.

  • Hesper Fry

I just learned from the past sermon at church that Jesus talked more about money than he did Heaven and Hell combined.
