Kia Sorento Turned My Birthday Around

You talk about a week starting off crappy: our water was out for 5 days straight and no it was not because we did not pay the bill. There is no bill. We are on well water, so after a bunch of people not knowing what the heck to do we finally get back into our own space.

This is where the fun begins. The middle of the week I was approved for a Kia Sorento and when was it being delivered? Yes, my birthday and so this is a story on how Kia Sorento Turned My Birthday Around.

Enjoyed almost everyday that I had the Kia Sorento taking advantage of the panoramic roof (sun and moon roof) and I tell you this is one vehicle because of that I would not mind sitting in the backseat.

This spacious 4 door, 7 passenger vehicle was absolutely beautiful as you can see with a smart “hands free’ power liftgate, rear air conditioning and power rear windows with manual sun blinds. Manual sun blinds? Who does that? Well apparently Kia does.

When the babies come, we will have to consider getting this vehicle due to it’s large cabin space and there is room for adults to be in the back with babies in car seats.

Rear Camera Display which I always used and when I was not using the gps, I listened to SIRIUSXM Satellite Radio.

Since I was all over the place, (including taking a roadtrip just to try a new restaurant in this vehicle) we took advantage of the rapid charge USB ports and bluetooth wireless technology.

As I mentioned above, we took a road trip to Alabama and the vehicle was unbelievably comfortable. The driver’s seat was power as well as the lumber support. The seats were heated if you want to use that feature, but it has been too hot for that here in Georgia.

The fuel economy was excellent. Like I have mentioned that we took a trip to Alabama and did not have to put gas in the car until a few days later. 26 miles per gallon on highway and 18 in the city.

Large trunk space even the 3rd row up and being used, however I used it most of the time with the 3rd row down and it held quite a bit of clothing items that I gave away later on in the week.

Best feature for me was when backing up the side mirrors move down by themselves to help the driver ensure that they are within the lines:)

Truly this was the best birthday turn around ever.
