Developing a pattern of prayer with 365 Pocket Morning Prayers

365-Pocket-Morning-Prayers

Morning devotionals are a great way to get before God on a daily basis. I personally have not developed a pattern of prayer to Father God in the morning because I do not know about you, but I have let the cares of this world stir my focus on the problems instead of in the Problem Solver.

Developing a pattern of prayer with 365 Pocket Morning Prayers

365 Pocket Morning Prayers, by Dave Veerman, focuses on a different topic each day, a prayer and scripture. I have learned that praying the Word and in faith is what produces results. These prayers are based upon the Word and are short and powerful.  It covers all types of topics and if you are not needing it trust me someone you know will need it and you might be able to help them. This is a great devotional for those of us who need to develop a pattern of seeking God first thing instead of oops prayers. These allow you to focus and have time to seek God and if you do not know what to pray the fact that there are different topics can help direct/guide you. The devotional does not have dates which is one of my favorite parts because you do not have to feel pressure of starting January 1. Some of us use enough excuses and this will eliminate one (the need to start at the beginning of the year). You can start when you want and end when you need to. No trying to keep up with dates.

The book has a soft leather like cover that is easy to bend and use without challenge. This is a great prayer book for those who can use some consistency and who need to develop a pattern of going to God period.

Thanks for reading and God bless.

In exchange for an honest review Tyndale Blog Network has provided me a copy of this devotional. I have written an honest review.
