I have received these pieces from Rosarini Fashion for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. #ad
Depending on when you are reading this post, it is either St. Patrick’s Day or the day after and I feel lucky to have been chosen to work with Rosarini. I am one for deals and this brand is good for all women and is reasonably priced. The clothes are fashionable, comfortable and great for any occasion you may have in your life. What was one of the most appealing aspects is that you do not have to iron the pieces. Lord knows I hate to iron and the brand knows the challenges of having to have to do that especially after a long trip and that is why I chose these as the 5 Must Have Travel Pieces for Women.
Rosarini’s clothing is machine washable, does not stretch, not shrink and can I say again, no IRONING!!!!:)
I enjoyed each piece and honestly do not know which one is my favorite, but I am leaning towards the High Low Top that doubles as a dress. It is so fun to wear. You can add jewelry, scarfs, etc to dress it up or add gym shoes and jean jacket to dress it down.
I paired my High low Top with Classic Leggings in Taupe and Leopard Booties.
The second time, I paired the High Low Top with a Multi-Way Convertible Travel Wrap for a night out on the town.
My second favorite piece was the Red Moon Dress..
One of my other favorite pieces was the Aztec Poncho which is so perfect if you are on a cold plane and need to put on something that is warm and yes, fashionable….
See now why I had to share 5 Must Have Travel Pieces for Women from Rosarini Fashion? They come in plus sizes and so great for the minimalist.
Have you heard of Rosarini, Simple yet Stylish Perfect For Any Occasion Fashion? If so, what is your favorite piece, but if not, which piece would you like to try? Oops, I forgot use code: PROMO30 for 30% off most items.
Be warned!!! If you are not in love when you come see this play, you will be when you leave.
This is such the love story that it put everything and I mean everything I have seen to shame. With the exception of some of the Words in the Song of Solomon, I have not heard anything so deep. I was in awe and that does not happen easily for me. I am a hard person to impress, but I was blown away with the words and depth of heart that the characters had for each other. From their first conversation involving carrot juice to Klook saying, “We are seventeen feet tall.” Who says that?!!! That is just one line that just left me asking myself, “Do I love my husband enough and do I have anything left to give?”
What did I learn? I learned that I do not have a way with words, but I am thankful for a world that includes people that do:)
(Excerpt from press release, Horizon Theatre) Klook is a drifter who’s tired of drifting. Vinette is on the run but she doesn’t know what’s chasing her. Together, they make a tentative stab at love and reach for hope until the past catches up to the future and smacks it in the face. Tough, tender, funny, poignant, The Ballad of Klook and Vinette will grab you from the inside out. Horizon kicks off its 2018 season with this love story set against poetry and jazz in its highly anticipated American premiere. Soulful music combined with a witty, moving story makes this a mesmerizing theater experience.
A sweet deal is going on until Friday February 16th, 2018, but to get this deal you have to call the box office 404.584.7450.
What you get:
Two tickets, reserved seating, two drink vouchers, and a special treat!
$70/couple on weekdays
$80/couple on weekends
Have you had someone melt you with just the words they speak? Tell me about it in the comments.
I have received a meal free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. #ad
Recently I was invited to First Watch to help promote a new coffee program that they have called Project Sunrise. More about that later, but I am so upset that prior to my visit I had not heard of First Watch and after tasting the food, I really could not understand why unless people were trying to keep the place to themselves. A hidden gem in Smyrna, GA (currently 7 total locations in Georgia), only serving breakfast, brunch and lunch and truly they do specialize in the three and they truly do not disappoint. My hope is to expose you to a new restaurant that you will dine frequently for years to come and can feel good because you are helping one of the many great community programs they are investing in.
There are 5 reasons to Run to First Watch and I will not prolong the reasons why:
One Reason: Cinnamon Chip Pancake
Our classic multigrain pancake batter featuring seasonal cinnamon chips. So filling and so good.
Second Reason: AM Superfoods Bowl and Fresh Fruit Juice (Vegan Options)
Coconut milk chia seed pudding w/fresh bananas, berries, blackberry preserves and housemade granola. Served with whole grain artisan toast topped with almond butter and Maldon sea salt. Fresh fruit juice all day every day. One’s shown: Kale Tonic, Morning Meditation (my favorite) and Chilled Pear Cider.
Third Reason: Avocado Toast
Thick-cut whole grain toast topped with fresh smashed avocado, EVOO, lemon and Maldon sea salt. Served with basted eggs. Nuff said. Who does not like avocado toast?
Fourth Reason: Million Dollar Bacon
Hardwood smoked bacon with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne and maple syrup drizzle. So yummy. I wanted to eat all of the bacon on the table.
One of my most favorite pics. I had to see the bacon and avocado again.
Fifth Reason: Community
First Watch is always doing something in the communities they have locations. Project Sunrise involves high quality coffee grown and harvested by a group of women in the Huila region of Colombia. The coffee has medium body, hints of cherry, orange, toasted nuts, honey, milk chocolate and caramel, which makes for a fantastic complement to our menu’s variety of fresh breakfast dishes.
Check out just one Community Outreach that First Watch is part of:
Have you been to First Watch Cafe? If so, what is your favorite dish or let’s face it dishes?
If you are not able to make it to a winery, attending the Wine Tasting Saturdays at Wahoo! Wine and Provisions from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm is the next best thing. You can get cheese, ice cream, wine, spices and more. The staff are so knowledgeable and this is a place where you will find the owner sharing and interacting with patrons. Hubby was my guest and we decided to stop here prior to doing some hard work on our side business. More about that another time, but yes we treated ourselves first and enjoyed our time at the Wine Tasting.
Complimentary wine tasting at the shop traveled through France this week and every week it changes so you will not get bored. There is always room for you to attend every week and explore wine from different parts of the world. Hubby enjoyed the Muscadet and I believe my favorite was the Cairranne. They had as you can see in the picture above some meat, cheese and olives to try that pair well with the wines.

2017 was like I mentioned the year of many firsts and this year I believe hubby and I had some of the most fun. We love to shake our booties when we can and we were able to do just that this birthday with a bunch of old school songs and some new ones. Hubby surprised me with a new restaurant out of the Dining Out Atlanta Passbook, so yes ladies and gents he is handsome and knows how to have a great time at a discounted price.
It is not your average soul food restaurant. It’s soul food amplified! The decor and unique lighting fixtures remind you of a modern day New York speakeasy. Expect to hear cool sounds of neo soul and jazz to free your mind while you dine.
Now the day we visited, it was a Friday and there was a live band there that played for a bit that played some tunes we were able to groove and dance to and the dj was spinning some great music and as usual hubby and I were in our own world and enjoyed every minute of it.
We had several and I mean several drinks and of course we ate good (Blackened Salmon with 2 sides), so we welcomed using the Passbook to get some money off our bills:)
So Partying Like A Rockstar at BQE Restaurant can be done at a discount (Buy 1 Get 1), as well as enjoying some other great Atlanta Area restaurants by purchasing your Dining Out Atlanta Passbook here: Click here for savings but don’t forget to use the code G4BMPass2017 to get yours for only $35!!
Tell me the way you Party like a Rockstar at a discount?

Eating out can be very expensive, but there is always a way to do it and save some money at the same time. Follow along and I will share with you how you can join me and I can show you the best way to become an Atlanta Foodie Rockstar. I have mentioned before how you can get an Atlanta Dining Out Passbook here for only $35.00 and today I want to share with you one of the awesome restaurants in the passbook.
As an ambassador for the Atlanta Dining Out Passbook, I was given an opportunity to attend an event at Anis Bistro and you talk about the perfect host, Arnaud Michel, pictured below, treated us to a rockstar experience. Chef sat down with us and talked about French food, how he chooses ingredients and brings them together to make such awesome masterpieces. I was able to capture most of the food in the pictures below, but some are missing because I was too busy eating:)
This was a time of firsts, including first time having mussels in white wine with parsley to having lyonnaise potatoes with beef. Whatever your heart desires from French cuisine, you will be able to get it at Anis Bistro.
Perfect place for a date night and be able to try some firsts for yourself, but remember you can use the passbook and get the 2 for 1 deals yourself. Grab one here and use code G4BMPass2017 saving you $64.00.
Looking at the website for Anis Bistro, there seems to be some live entertainment on Thursdays so this might be the perfect first date restaurant. The ambiance will get your attention, however the cuisine and cocktails will keep you coming back for more. Great place to make a first impression and look like a rockstar doing it.

I just love great food, how about you? What is your favorite type of food?
Lights dim with candles flickering, the soothing sounds of a waterfall in the background, my and my hubby started to prepare to enjoy what we thought was going to be a relaxing couple’s massage at the Renova Spa in one of the cutest hotels in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Riu Reggae.
After a 1st night of relaxing, eating and drinking with family and friends, we decided to go for a couple’s massage at 8:00 am the next morning and we were excited, very excited and it started off well..
We were greeted by the smiling therapist and told to remove our clothing down to the undies and on the website, you can if you want, be naked because no one was going to see anything more than the top part of your buttocks so we stripped got under the towels provided and then began the…….
They covered our eyes and apparently part of this massage included a facial and our eyes were covered so they thought the entire massage. The massage proceeded with no issues, and as mentioned initially our eyes were covered, but mine were not completely covered and I noticed while on our backs they the two therapists whispered to each other (Natasha to Shannique). The music started skipping and Natasha fixed the music and Shannique had left the room for some reason. We continued on and within 10 minutes time, I noticed that Natasha (while they both were massaging our right legs), lifted his towel, looked over at Shannique showing her his private parts as well. I immediately raised up and said, “What was that?!!”
They both looked at me, as to say what are you talking about and said nothing, just looked at me funny and my husband, not realizing what had happened said, “What is wrong?” and I said, “We will just finish.” and we turned on our backs shortly thereafter. I wanted to try and finish the massage knowing that I was upset, thinking that maybe I imagined it, but I did not drink, I was not high or anything. I was very much so alert. I had to remember that I was not in America, where things would have ended differently. Seriously, it would have been ugly.
We got dressed and I explained to hubby what I saw and we hurried and put on our clothes so that we can speak with the manager. We filled out the comment forms (they switched them up on us come to find out after some investigation that I did on Facebook). Natasha Dawkins gave me her form and Shannique Milling gave him my form. I cannot believe they even asked for a comment knowing what they have done.
Before we filled out anything, I told him to take a picture so I can have their names for later when I report them. He told the therapists that he was violated and I said, “Your coworker exposed him to you.” Shannique said, “Your eyes were covered.” I said, “No they were not, I saw her lift up his towel and show you his private parts.” Shannique said, “I am very professional and have been doing this over 6 years.” Natasha Dawkins (the most disrespectful unprofessional so-called therapist) said nothing, but stood there looking like what are you talking about. I did not dispute it any longer knowing that there were lying. We left and Shannique opened the door for us and gave us the complimentary wine that everyone gets after receiving services from Renova Spa.
We immediately went to the hotel front desk and was told from Jhamelle (supervisor on duty for Riu Reggae hotel) that he would get in contact with Chevelle B., a supervisor from the Riu Montego Bay location which was next door. Jhamelle seemed apologetic and was in shock. He contacted Chevelle and we were told that at 12:30 pm, June 11th, that Chevelle would be over but apparently she could not leave and we finally spoke with her at 2:00 pm.
To date, we were told by LaToya M., manager from both locations that she was sorry and reimbursed us but we did not hear anything else other than the two were suspended for the day but that was all. Needless to say, this ruined the rest of my trip because left and right I would think about it and it would hurt me and tears would come to my eyes.
They need to be fired and have their licenses revoked. Please help share this with others.
Have you or your mate ever had a Couple’s Massage From Hell?

Chattanooga seems like the place to be for me this year, how about you?
What better way to explore Decatur Georgia than on a beautiful Saturday. The sun was out and everyone was greeted by our wonderful engaging and beautiful tour guide Tracy. Guests were not bored in the least. There was plenty of great eats and rich history which now I understand why they say “Decatur, where it’s Greater!!” I received a free ticket as a member of Culinary Local to write an honest and unbiased review.
1st stop was at Taiyo Ramen and this was one of the highlights by far: steamed pork belly bun. Incredible!! I would have eaten at least 5 of these and enjoyed every one just like the 1st.
3rd stop was Calle Latina where we had a beef empanada with mango salsa. Yum.
4th stop: Sapori di Napoli where we had a slice of margherita pizza, had an arancini, shot of limoncello (one of my favorites, but it will put you out) and a cannoli for dessert.
Last but not least, was where I believe I was the most surprised: Splash of Olive where we were able to taste some incredible combinations that Tracy showed us. Who knew that balsamic vinegar can be so delicious.
If you are gluten free or have any special requests, please please let Tracy know and the restaurants will make specially prepared meals for you.
There are different types of tours at different price points and because Tracy did such a wonderful job and knew what she was talking about I will be back for another tour but I will bring some guests to take part in the wonderful experience. See that door in the picture below? Remember it if you decide to take the tour:)
No worries there were activities and so much fun to be had interacting with the rest of the group, that you will forget you actually are getting some exercise in as well.
